Jeff Ross is a writer, director, and educator. He taught English at Belt High School for 14 years. He received the 2016 Montana Teacher of Excellence from the National Council of Teachers of English.

 

Jeff earned an AB from the University of California-Davis, and a Master of Integrated Arts and Education, a Master of Teaching English, and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Montana.

 

He is the founder/director of the nationally recognized Belt Valley Shakespeare Players.  The Players have been selected three times by the American High School Theatre Festival to perform at the Edinburgh festival Fringe in Scotland. Their third performance is scheduled to take place in 2024.
